The themes of focus in Spiritual Front’s music often seem to be quite personal to Salvatori’s life, but also show slight focus on life in general, and meanings found within it. June 1st… And what a day!

The weather is b-e-a-utiful and everyone’s in high spirits..

Here’s some stuff that has be in an awesomely good mood,

despite the acid eyes and the birds singing outside sounding something like

nuclear-powered vultures cawing through loudspeakers.

It’s like this, Ireland is hit by tropical sunshine and a heat wave for just a few weeks of every year, and it always seems to be during school and college exams… Them poor leaving cert students start on Wednesday don’t they?

I’m no meteorologist but I’ll give it two weeks until global warming and the Department of Education join forces and decide to really make this an annual thing…

And since the Education Dep seem to being doing nothing right, they’ll say they have the students best interests in mind. Because really, the only thing that’s gonna cheer these unfortunate students up is make them sweat during the exams, right? Because the thought alone is simply not enough!

I’m sure if it were possible to get your hands your God’s calendar around now, you would see a chunk of dates marked exams and holidays. This coincides with when he takes his own annual holidays, packs up his summer clothes and sunscreen and heads to the beach.

Students could well live without the sweat beads of anxiety right now…

First my Dublin laptop started making really strange sounds, driving me up the fucking walls.

And anyone who knows anything about anything knows that when you start to hear a noise that you can’t stop hearing, well it’s the most annoying thing in all the land.

I logged off and rebooted. Nope, didn’t work.

I shut down. Walked to the shop…

I walked past a bus stop and saw a guy wanking into a hat. Fair enough, it was a nice hat,  but he was at the front of the queue and people were trying to get on the bus.

There are a good few things I don’t understand, but that’s one thing I really don’t get.

Whatever about wanking in broad daylight on South circular Road, why do it at a bus stop and get in people’s way? That can’t be enjoyable at all…

And just a few weeks ago, I was waiting at the bus stop when a nervous and uncomfortable man approached me. I’m not one for awkward bus stop chats, in fact, I hate them more than anything in the world. The man looked like he was about he was about to say something, but then he changed his mind at the last minute. He started to pace around over the same three or four steps. He really was the most uncomfortable and nervous man I’d ever seen.
